With a little in-house expertise property managers can improve safety whilst dramatically reducing the time and administration required for fire door and other regular compliance checks and inspections.
This seminar is aimed at property managers and goes into enough technical detail to help decide when the basic quarterly and annual door 'checks' required by the legislation are likely to be enough, but why and when a professional or external door survey is required.
This seminar is CPD accredited and therefore does go into technical detail on what makes a door set effective, but the content is framed to consider this in the wider picture of why these features are important and therefore give confidence on when work isn't required or when new surveys are not necessary.
