This webinar is presented by Mary-Ann Bowring, CEO, Ringley, in association with NOTB Events and training.

It has never been harder than now for Directors of Resident Controlled Management entities to keep up to date with the cladding saga.   Not only to ensure you give competent advice to your residents but also to ensure that as a board you cannot get critisied for acting too slow, frustrating a sale, or acting negligently but not addressing inherent building risk.

As Directors you are charged with ensuring that the flats in your block retain their value, don't get the buildings insurance restricted or withdrawn, building control and NHBC or Premier guarantee is no longer enough to rely upon.

The property world is changing, more and more you will hear about the golden thread of information in the press as the saga evolves.   EWS1 was born, reinvented and reborn and The Fire Safety Bill is coming…..  All this stems from the Hackitt Report commissioned by the government in response to the Grenfell tragedy.  EWS1 is just the start.

To understand more about the what, the why and the how, and to prepare for what is coming all those in charge of buildings now need to upskill and get conversant fire safety.  Join us to learn more.  The Ringley Group is the UK’s number one advisory firm for cladding & the Building Safety Fund.

Ringley were a major contributor to The Telegraph newspaper’s campaign to get clarity for lower rise buildings and to get government funding increased.  The Ringley Group has trained government ministers on the EWS1 (External Wall System) forms, and Mary-Anne Bowring leads Ringley’s response to the cladding crisis.  Headquartered in London Ringley is a residential property consultancy and also manages over 12,000 homes across the UK, nearly a fifth of their portfolio has been impacted by EWS1 issues.
