Charlie Davidson, an Associate Solicitor with London law firm Bishop & Sewell LLP, has been shortlisted in the Rising Star of the Year category for the prestigious LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2022.
Launched in 2016, the Awards have become an annual highlight of the conveyancing calendar, with firms and service providers from across the industry competing for accolades. The Rising Star of the Year category recognises lawyers under the age of 35 who have delivered exceptional client service, high levels of skill and technical ability, and a flare for innovation, showing initiative and championing best practice.
Michael Kashis, Managing Partner at Bishop & Sewell, said: “The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards were created to celebrate conveyancing trailblazers and property pioneers within in the industry, and Charlie has consistently gone above and beyond for both his clients, and our award-winning law firm since joining us in 2017.
“Although only qualifying five years ago, Charlie undertakes transactions beyond his peers, demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and client care skills, often regarded as partner level.
“Charlie has a large following on social media where he discusses legal matters and current events, and tries to bring a touch of levity to the profession. Known to his many followers on LinkedIn as the Hound of Holborn, (@houndofholborn), Charlie’s experience far exceeds his years. His ability to identify and simplify complex legal issues is a skill which our clients, and our firm, find invaluable. Intelligent, tenacious, and creative, we often hold him out as an example of best practice and had no hesitation in nominating him for Rising Star of the Year.”
The winners will be announced during the award ceremony at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on Thursday 24th November 2022. For more information about the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2022 please visit www.mlconveyancingawards.co.uk
