Fortem Property Receives RICS Accreditation

UK property specialists, Fortem Property have successfully received official accreditation from The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

RICS accredits 134,000 qualified and trainee professionals worldwide, and most accredited individuals are based in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, Australia, and Hong Kong. The accreditation has clear benefits as it offers employers a level of confidence and trust that they can deliver exciting new projects with little oversight required. This not only offers more confidence to real estate specialists joining the Fortem team but gives customers an insight into the work quality and ethos of the qualified team at hand.

Fortem Property was established early last year (established in 2020 and merged end of last year) when a gap was spotted in the market for bespoke property management services.

Fortem Property not only manages properties for clients, but it supports the acquisition, disposal and consultancy of landlords, developers, and institutions; helping those to make rewarding decisions about properties across the UK.

After years of providing tailored support services for their own clients, Darren Bennett, one of the co-founders, spotted an opportunity and a gap in the market to create a bespoke real estate consultancy; a business with a clear and genuine focus on meeting the individual needs of each customer client.

Diana Nicolaescu, Head of Property Management at Fortem Property says: “This qualification is widely recognised and respected globally as a mark of excellence and integrity. The whole journey took a little bit over a year for Fortem Property, but it has been completely worth the outcome. I am hopeful that this will further enable the business to build valued professional relationships based on trust, honesty, and integrity moving forwards in real estate.”
