The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) has launched its Level 4 Member Course and Exam in leasehold management.
The course content builds on the Level 3 Associate course learnings, with enhanced material to equip property management professionals with the right skills and knowledge to advance their professional careers.
As with all IRPM qualifications, the course can be assessed online and on-demand before candidates sit a final online exam. Those who pass by achieving 60% or more in the exam will receive MIRPM status.
The course consists of 11 modules and one final exam consisting of a two and a half hour written exam taken online.
The syllabus looks at key areas of leasehold property management, including legal framework, finances, principles of building maintenance, mixed tenure management and housing, project management and more.
The course also covers IRPM’s Four Elements of Professionalism: Ethics and Behaviour, Customer and Consumer, Safety and Technical Competence.
Modular learning and end of module quizzes tests candidates’ understanding and ensures they can work towards the final exam with confidence.
For £99 candidates can opt to join an online Exam Preparatory Workshop which includes comprehensive revision of all elements of the exam with an experienced tutor. All members attending the workshop will benefit from three hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). IRPM members who take preparatory workshop are 82% more likely to pass the final exam.
