The industry event of the year is back for its 15th year!
The Property Management Awards, in association with I will be back on the 21st November 2024 at City Central, at the HAC and we cannot wait to celebrate all of the industry's achievements with you all.
This is a special year for News on the Block as we celebrate our 21st Birthday and 15 years of the Property Management Awards!
We are excited to announce that entries for this year's awards have opened slightly earlier than usual, to allow more time to perfect and complete your submissions!
Entries are now open and will close at 23:59 on Friday 30 August 2024.
As always, we take your feedback on board and review the awards annually. This year we have made some changes to improve the entry process, including extending the word counts for the criteria questions, as well as including some new categories.
The entry form will remain with set criteria points which need to be addressed individually, to make the entry process as straightforward and quick as possible. As usual, you will need to register first, and once you begin you are able to save your progression, exit & return as many times as you like until you hit submit, giving you plenty of time to ensure that your entry is perfect!

Last year’s event saw us welcoming over 1000 people from across the industry to the PMAs, making it our largest event to date!
With over 50 tables already booked pre-event launch, we are confident that this event will be even bigger and better than before! Therefore, we recommend booking your table or seat as early as possible to avoid missing out and to secure the best seats possible!
