Nahida Aktar, who previously worked in hospitality, was recruited via Protocol Consultancy Services, a training provider based in Birmingham.
Her appointment means staffing at MetroPM has grown by more than 40 per cent in the last year and now stands at 13, up from nine a year ago.
Ian Smallman, a director at MetroPM, said: “Nahida is passionate about helping customers and so we’re extremely pleased to be welcoming her onto the team.
“Having previously worked within the hospitality industry, Nahida has developed the important people skills that are required in providing excellent customer service to both customers and clients alike.
“Our portfolio has experienced healthy growth over the last year, and so it’s important that we are able to continue providing excellent service to all our stakeholders.”
Ms Aktar, who lives in Birmingham, explained that she has always had an interest in property and finance.
She said: “I’m excited by my new role as I really enjoy helping people and making a positive difference to people’s lives.
“I feel fortunate to have been offered the opportunity to work with a team who are exceptionally experienced and I am looking forward to learning new skills.”
