Estate management company Preim, part of the Encore Group, has spent much of 2024 investing in its team and communities with a series of new appointments and internal promotions to strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality estate management services.

As the company looks ahead to a busy 2025, this investment in both new talent and the development of existing team members underscores Preim’s dedication to supporting its partners and the communities it serves.

In response to existing and forecast growth, Preim has appointed several new team members across its estate management services.

New hires include Andrew Winstanley as Estate Manager Team Leader, as well as Anthony Hanchard, Shivraj Bhavra, Amy Chudyba, and Damon Stone in Estate Management and Assistant Property Management roles.

These appointments bring fresh expertise and energy to Preim’s operations, ensuring continued excellence in property management.

In addition, Preim has promoted key team members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill in their roles. Abigail Morton and Liam Tegerdine have been moved from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager positions, empowering them to take on greater responsibilities and have even more of an impact on the success of their communities.

Oliver Taylor, Regional Director at Preim, commented on the latest additions: “Our focus on investing in our team - both by promoting from within and by bringing in new team members - reflects our commitment to continuous improvement. In our industry, growth of our portfolio has to be matched by additional resource, in order to sustain industry leading levels of service, and to provide the bespoke offering which we strive to give each client.

We take great pride in welcoming new individuals to the Preim team and watching them enhance their skills and experience in a friendly and very successful environment. We’re excited to see the positive impact these talented individuals will have on our business as we build on our existing strengths and prepare for another successful year.”

With these new appointments and internal promotions, Preim is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its partners and communities, continuing to provide exceptional service that helps build thriving, connected neighbourhoods.
