Property managers across the UK can go ‘back to school’ with industry experts at an exciting conference focusing on key issues in the industry.
The Property Management Legal Services event is to be a highlight of the conference calendar providing vital discussion and updates for those working in property management.
It will take place on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the Marylebone Campus of the University of Westminster, London.
Issues on the timetable include the ongoing crisis in block insurance, dealing with Section 20 consultation and handling contractor nominations, the road to meeting net zero, and a round up of all the latest legal decisions from courts and tribunals which have an impact on property managers.
A section of the afternoon conference will also be devoted to exploring building safety and management systems; what they are and why you need one.
