Leading property management agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Clare Johnson as Head of Consultancy. This newly formed role seeks to further enhance the bespoke consultancy services on offer, providing tailored advice for a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects, building on Clare’s wide ranging expertise in property development and property management.
Before returning to Rendall & Rittner in her new role, Clare has spent the past two years working as Build to Rent Director for brownfield developer, Inland Homes plc, where she worked alongside the planning, design, and technical teams to deliver their leasehold and BTR homes to market.
Clare also has 15 years of experience working in the property management sector, initially starting her career in a customer service role, before working her way up in management and senior operational roles. Having displayed consistent passion and skill in her leadership and work, Clare continued to progress with further positions in the sector, including in her previous roles at Rendall & Rittner. Working directly with developer clients and institutional investors, Clare has been responsible for leading teams, new business development and the management of several regeneration projects and portfolios across the UK.
In her new role as Head of Consultancy, Clare will be looking to help the award-winning property management company to expand nationally with new and existing markets. Working closely with the new business team, Clare will be using her broad experience to deliver the high quality of service which Rendall & Rittner is renowned for to a wide variety of clients and stakeholders. As well as looking to assist in the onboarding of new clients, Clare will also be working on new projects and regeneration schemes for clients to seek opportunities for Rendall & Rittner to add value and build and strengthen communities.
