Ringley Group Business Expands With A Number Of Senior Appointments

The Ringley Group, a leading property management and real estate consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Paul and Sabuj Sarkar to key leadership roles. These strategic moves are set to drive Ringley’s growth and further strengthen its position in the property management sector.

James Paul has been appointed as Managing Director Ringley Fire and FMAdditionally, James is Operations and Partnerships Director for Ringley Building Surveying & FM, bringing extensive experience in fostering strong client relationships and developing long-term partnerships. In his new role, James will focus on enhancing client engagement and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services across Ringley’s portfolio and new business. James previously worked at Earl Kendrick where he ran the Reinstatement Cost Assessment department and has nearly 20 years’ experience in property, including 14 years as a surveyor.

Sabuj Sarkar joins the team as Relationship Director, bringing his expertise in real estate management and operations. Sabuj has extensive experience in Real Estate, working on everything from retail to student accommodation at Unite where he managed a 3,500 PBSA site and has extensive Build to Rent experience gained at Get Living where he launched their Elephant Central scheme and also oversaw East Village. More recently Sabuj has worked at CBRE leading the property management in commercial and residential for one of their largest clients. Sabuj will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operational set-up, bringing his expertise and a high level of service excellence, ensuring Ringley continues to meet and exceed its clients' expectations.

Ringley’s Valuations Team also welcomes Sam May, an MRICS-qualified Senior Valuer with over 12 years of experience in commercial, residential and trading property valuations that adds to the wealth of experience in Ringley’s Valuation Team.

Additionally, Ringley is thrilled to announce the appointment of Catherine Brennan as Head of Communications. With her extensive background in strategic communications, marketing, placemaking and events, including 7 years of experience in Build to Rent at Get Living, Catherine will lead Ringley’s communications efforts and manage the company’s overall messaging, reinforcing Ringley’s presence in the property industry.
