Transparent Property Management goes from strength to strength

“As Transparent Property Management turns 2 years old the team could not be prouder of how much they have achieved. Boasting an ever growing portfolio consisting of some unique developments and array of clients, Co funder Lewis Cassar MIRPM AssocRICS explains some key principles he believes paved the way to their rapid rise as a serious player in the industry.

Clear ethos, nurturing culture and strong principles. The name Transparent Property Management  was born out of these ideals and a desire to take what is seen as a complex world, and make it open and accessible to all involved.

Our main objective was to bring education and understanding to our customers. Whether that be our clients who appoint us, or our leaseholders we look after. These developments are joint assets and we felt passionately about creating a sense of togetherness. Our set up and transparency allows us to do just that. Being open and honest with owners about cash flow, lease/freehold mechanics and devising a strategy for management which is tailored for the development and its people. Whilst taking the time to fully explain what service charge is and why it is so important. I just don’t understand why we as a society are not taught about these things. When realistically purchasing your own home will likely be the biggest asset most people buy in their life time. Yet we have no clue what it is we are now obliged to do. This happened to me personally and It can be incredibly scary and most frustrating.

...

This is why we always display empathy and go the extra mile to assist in making the experience of owning a property that we manage an informed one.

We are also meticulous in whom we choose to be part of our team. The right personnel for your business is absolutely vital. The founders fully understand that we work for our team, not the other way round. It is our responsibility to nurture and help them develop into all they can be. Taking the time and care in identifying like minded people has undoubtedly been a cornerstone of our success.

We are striving towards creating something that leads a change in our sector. I encourage all of our team when they are in a moment of uncertainty to just take a breath and ask themselves “what would someone from Transparent Property Management do?” This to me is incredibly powerful and means we are giving something to the sector which can be truly relied upon”
