Leading property management agency, Rendall & Rittner (R&R) has announced a series of senior staff promotions to support the company’s continued growth plans. The market-leading business, which has almost 90,000 residential units under management across the UK, has an ambitious strategy for sustained growth and is committed to investing in its people as the key means of achieving that objective.
Under the latest round of promotions, Paul Denton, Wale Oladunjoye and Daniel Steer have taken on expanded remits within their roles as Property Directors, allowing greater oversight of R&R’s portfolio. Elisa Keating takes on the role of company Director with a focus on the prime market. With 14 years of experience at R&R, Elisa is ideally placed to take on this strategic role ensuring the portfolio continues to expand in a highly competitive market.
The company’s London divisions will be further strengthened with the promotion of James Mattocks, Nicola Milburn, Simon Leech and Charlotte Campbell-Skelly to Divisional Directors. James Beeston, Jamie O’Loughlin and Charlie Crawley are also promoted to Area Directors within the London region, and new Property Team Leaders are confirmed as Lewis Green, Loretta Moore, and Jenniffer Mann.
